专家简介：罗德军, 1999年9月至2003年7月在北京师范大学数学系读本科，之后被保送为北京师范大学数学科学学院的直博研究生。2005年7月成为北京师范大学和法国勃艮第（Bourgogne）大学联合培养的博士生，2007年12月和2008年9月分别在两所学校答辩并获得两校的博士学位。2008年7月至今为中科院数学与系统科学研究院应用数学所的助理研究员，期间曾于2009年3月至2011年2月在卢森堡（Luxembourg）大学做博士后。
报告摘要： Combining Le Bris and Lions’s arguments with Ambrosio’s commutator estimate for BV vector fileds, we prove the existence and uniqueness of solutions to the Fokker–Planck type equations with Sobolev diffusion coefficients and BV drift coefficients.
