On November 16th, seven guests, including Liu Hong, Chen Xiaowei, and Zheng Rong, members of Fujian Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Huang Xiaolei and Lin Qingjing, members of Fujian Provincial Youth Federation, and Luo Zhixiong and Shi Chuanning, online celebrities, came to FNU to have a reading exchange symposium. Zhuang Li, deputy director of the General Office of Fujian Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, Li Xuan, deputy secretary of FNU Party Committee, and the student representatives of the 21st Youth Marxist Training Project Backbone Training Course for College Students attended the symposium.
Centering around the study, publicity and implementation of the guiding principles of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the innovative practice of Xi Jinping's thoughts on ecological civilization in Fujian, the guests shared their reading experiences with the students and teachers of FNU and conducted interactive exchanges, appreciating General Secretary Xi’s lofty historical vision, profound dialectical thinking, broad international vision and passionate sentiments for people's livelihood together. The guests talked about their own experiences and feelings, and students asked questions actively. The atmosphere was very warm.
It is reported that this event was held by the General Office of Fujian Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, together with the Office of Cyberspace Affairs Commission of Fujian Provincial Party Committee and the Communist Youth League of Fujian Provincial Party Committee, calling in members of Fujian Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, members of Fujian Provincial Youth Federation, and internet celebrities into colleges and universities to carry out reading exchange activities, and FNU is the first stop in the series.
