On October 15, Deputy Director Wang Zhiwei and Level-4 Consultant Zhao Wei of the Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs of the Ministry of Education (MOE), Mao Yufeng, deputy director of the Department of Exchange of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, Director Zhou Erming and Deputy director Chen Pengcheng of the Division of Foreign Cooperation of the Education Department of Fujian Province, visited FNU for research. Vice President Lai Hairong, and relevant responsible persons of the Office for Affairs of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, Personnel Department, College of Chinese Language and Literature, International College of Chinese Studies and Collaborative Innovation Center for Cross-Strait Cultural Development of FNU, participated in the research.

Lai Hairong, on behalf of FNU, warmly welcomed Wang Zhiwei and other guests, and briefly introduced the overall situation and work characteristics of FNU in the cultural and educational exchanges between Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The group conducted in-depth exchanges with FNU on the research content.

Wang Zhiwei highly affirmed the cultural and educational exchanges between Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan conducted by FNU, and hoped that FNU will continue to make full use of its geographical and school-running advantages, open up more communication channels, build multi-dimensional communication platforms, and earnestly promote the cultural and educational exchanges between Fujian, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to a new level.
