On May 22nd, the Seminar on 3820 Development Strategy (Fuzhou Three-, Eight-, and Twenty-year Development Strategy) and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, hosted by the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Fujian Provincial Committee and the CPC Fuzhou Municipal Committee, was held in Fuzhou. Commissioned by the Publicity Department of Fujian Provincial Party committee, Professor Pan Yuteng presided over the major special project of “the Exploration Project of Origins” of the Fujian Provincial Research Center for Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, known as “‘3820’ Development Strategy and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”. At the seminar, Professor Pan Yuteng focused on the theme of the seminar and made a keynote speech, entitled “Essentials and Strategies of Governance: Practical Explorations and Theoretical Contributions of the ‘3820’ Development Strategy” in combination with the research progress.
